The evening kicks off with a guided tour of the brewery, where you'll discover the various stages of production: from the selection of raw materials to bottling. It's not a theoretical lesson but an immersive walk among tanks, vats and unmistakable aromas.
During the tour, the guide will introduce you to the different beer styles produced, explaining their characteristics and brewing methods. You'll have a chance to ask questions, touch the equipment and understand what sets a craft beer apart from industrial ones.
Next comes the tasting: a guided sampling of the brewery's beers, paired with a selection of typical Piedmontese products. Cured meats, cheeses and local specialities that tell the story of the territory with the same care that goes into every beer.
