Description
Seven Glasses, One Story: The Wine of the Langhe Tells Itself in Dogliani

Guided cellar visit

Family-led experience
Hosted by Beatrice, daughter of the family that owns the winery, in Italian and English.
In this experience you'll have the chance to discover from inside how the wines of an artisan winery are born, following the path from vineyard to bottle with the guidance of those who really know these grapes. The atmosphere is family-style, far from mass tourism circuits.
The central moment is the tasting of 7 labels, selected to tell the richness and variety of the territory. Every sip is a chapter in a story that spans decades.
With a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on 93 reviews, this experience is one of the most appreciated by wine enthusiasts visiting Piedmont.
From the vineyard to the glass: guided visit and 7-wine tasting
The experience comes to life inside a Langhe winery, where the welcome feels like home: no formal distance, just the genuineness of those who live wine every day. The guided visit takes you among the tanks, barrels and ageing spaces, explaining every stage of the production process.
The heart of the experience is the tasting of 7 different labels, designed to offer a complete cross-section of local production. You'll taste wines with different characters, learning to recognise aromas, structures and the peculiarities that make every Langhe wine unique.
The Dolcetto di Dogliani is naturally a protagonist, an often-underrated wine capable of great complexity, alongside other labels including Roero Arneis, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Langhe Excelso and Barolo. The explanations are accessible to both newcomers and experienced palates.
The informal atmosphere and direct contact with the producers make this tasting something very different from a simple cellar visit. It is a moment of authentic connection with one of Italy's most celebrated food and wine traditions.
The price of 30.60 EUR per person includes both the guided cellar visit and the full tasting of the 7 labels, plus a plate with Piedmontese specialities (tonnata sauce, salame, lardo, pancetta, pasta di meliga and cheese with cugnà).

Useful tips
