Once seated, you'll be served a selection of Piedmontese tapas, small tastes of regional excellences such as cured meats, aged cheeses, vegetables in bagna cauda and other typical specialties that change following the seasonality of products.

- Presentati con un po' di appetito: la Merenda Sinoira è più sostanziosa di un semplice drink pre-cena e le porzioni sono generose. Evita di pranzare troppo tardi se vuoi apprezzarla al meglio.
- Torino è la capitale del cioccolato e del caffè: dopo l'esperienza, passeggia per i portici di Via Roma o di Piazza San Carlo per concludere il pomeriggio con una sosta in una delle storiche caffetterie sabaude.
- L'esperienza è ideale nel tardo pomeriggio, tra le 17 e le 19, quando i locali torinesi si riempiono di vita e l'atmosfera è al massimo del suo fascino autentico.
