Outside, the Gardens of the Reggia extend over hectares of geometric green, fountains and landscape perspectives that recall the great European gardens. A walk among the shaped hedges is a relaxing and visually memorable experience.
The complex also includes the Cittadella and Juvarra's stables, evidence of how Venaria was a true city within the city, designed to host the court in all its splendour. At the end of the tour you will have a deep understanding of the historical and cultural role this royal residence has played in shaping the identity of Piedmont and the entire Italian peninsula.
